Project description

The proposal that generates the project is defined by the orientation of all the rooms and the day zones to the south and thus to guarantee the maximum sunny and energetic advantage of the building.

The arrangement of the two separate bars ensures that all rooms have sun on the south.

The transparency of the entrance and the relation with the inner and outer patio, has been one of the points that have generated the project.
