Project description

Following the proposal of the programming study, a large public space is created in front of the building with an area of benches and trees that make access more pleasant and at the same time give more notoriety to the equipment.

The access to the police station and the alternative access to the multipurpose room and to the upper floor are highlighted by the glazed facade and a cantilever that unifies them. The rest of the volume is covered with a double facade of micro-perforated metal sheet, which dignifies the volume and at the same time serves as solar control.

On the lower floor, a large porch is created where the accesses for the police personnel, the ADF and the road material warehouse are located. Electric motorcycles and two police cars are also located under the porch.

Inside, the program is structured through a central corridor that runs lengthwise through the building and incorporates a two-section rectilinear staircase.
