Project description

The area in which the Urban Master Plan is located is a land surrounded by dunes and agricultural plots. The surface of the terrain is flatter and with few slopes.
The management proposal responds to an ecological urban model that is innovative in relation to the mobility of residents, creating pedestrian areas and betting on bike lanes on the main axes.
