Project description

The building consists of a semi-basement floor, ground floor with direct access to the Escoles Pies street, first floor and atic. It is a type C listed building. Originally, the facade colors were yellow in the parts of the bottom and brown in the ornamental parts .

The object of the project is to repaint the exterior walls with more earthy colors and ornamental elements with shades of stone color.
