Project description

The project is implanted in an existing building, with a square floor plan, consisting of 3 floors and a basement. Casa Mestres was built in the early 1900s, and is included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia.

The building is structurally rehabilitated and vertical communications are adapted to the current regulations, with the construction of a new staircase and adapted elevator.

The outdoor free space is built as an adapted access route to all spaces is proposed.
