Project description

It deals with the distribution and conditioning of the offices by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Manresa. The place where they are located occupies the whole second floor of the Can Jorba building.

The L-shaped plant is distributed in a sloping wing where there are located the most public areas, and another compartmented wing where there are offices, meeting rooms, archives, services for staff and office. At the end of this area there is the auditorium, with capacity for 60 people, which has direct access from the Mercat Square, and it can operate independently of the offices.
