Project description

The solution adopted is a compact rectangular volume of ground floor and first floor with a large central patio around which the circulations are generated.

The compact form allows optimizing circulations and construction costs and minimizing its footprint in the plot, leaving free space for playgrounds and sports fields. The gym is integrated into the same volume, at a double height, occupying the first floor but maintaining direct access from the outside fields.

The protagonist of the project is the large central courtyard, a versatile outdoor space that assumes the functions of lightwell, a space for visual relations between all the areas of the building, and a meeting point for outdoor activities.
