Project description

The sports area will consist of an existing soccer field, a new service building, two new outdoor summer swimming pools, new paddle tennis courts and a new car park.

The studies propose the service building as a linear piece situated on the southwest side of the existing soccer field, which will act as a hinge between this space and the swimming pool area that will be placed on the southern-west limit of the plot. This position will allow the building to offer service to both the football field and the swimming pool, with a unified access and two independent exits for each sports area. The location of the bar area is also located in this access point-lobby.

Between this piece and the football field, two rows of bleachers will be placed, with a capacity for around 350 people. Three padel courts and a multi-sport court will also be placed at the western end of the plot.
