Project description

It is a rationalist style building, built at the beginning of the 20th century, and located in the old quarter of the municipality. The building is in a generally acceptable state of conservation and must be adapted to a new use.

The new program includes a multipurpose room with large capacity, exhibition hall, and creation factory that would work as a business nursery aimed at creators and artists. Each of these parts can be independently operated, and all of them are related through a large double-height lobby from where there is a general view of the building.
