Project description

The purpose of this project is the rehabilitation and expansion of a single-family isolated house according to the Passivhaus standard, keeping the volume that configures the original building.

Despite this, the ground floor is expanded with a semi-basement with a glazed face, and a landscaped roof to achieve integration with the landscape.

A sustainable building of almost zero energy consumption is projected, through energy efficiency, passive operation and optimization in the use of materials and construction systems, mostly prefabricated.
