Project description

The objective of the study is to collect data on the current state of the old town of Manresa and subsequently to draft basic guidelines in order to achieve constructive, urban and energy improvements to the buildings of the old town, and as a consequence a better operation of the neighborhood in general.

In the analysis phase, the old town is studied from the historical, urbanistic, demographic and constructive points of view.

The conclusions to which the present study intends to reach are those of setting guidelines to improve the constructive, urbanistic and energetic conditions of the old town.
