Project description

The Casino Borràs is an emblematic building of the town that works as a municipal cultural facility. Date of 1900 and since 1922 it has been performed to the theater function, hosting theater groups and other artistic activities of the municipality.

The objective of the first phase of the project is the rehabilitation of the Casino Borràs building envelope, defining the guidelines and applying the techniques and methods to restore and recover the original state of this building.

The second phase consists of the interior conditioning and expansion of the Miquel Martí i Pol multipurpose room, which in the future will house the Castellbell i el Vilar municipal library.
