On June 14th took place the UPC new academic year, organized by the Social Council of UPC every year, with the acknowledgement to the prizewinning people.

It is about UPC members who have received awards in the previous year, in the development of their academic or process tasks. The prize awards their effort and contributes to University prestige.

Pere Santamaria has been acknowledged for the Antoni Esteve 2014 award, and for the first prize in the competition for the renovation and extension of Montserrat Roig Library, in Sant Feliu de Llobregat.
